The division of pressing, plastic and gasketsealing technology was acquired by LÉDEM 2000 Kft. in 2002. The plant unit has been working for over 30 years. After its acquisition by LÉDEM Group it underwent a remarkable change following significant development investments. New press machines, plastic die-casting and rubber vulcanizing machines with high productive capacity were purchased in order to increase the capacity and efficiency of the production.
The inside area of the press plant’s building was also completely converted. Due to the development the division can produce pressed metal parts on eccentric and hydraulic presses till a press power of 25-275 tonnes, as well as plastic die-casting till a compressing power of 40-350 tonnes.

Technical gasketseals can be produced by press vulcanization till 500 x 500 mm, by die-casting technology till 400x400 mm on REP és RUTIL machines. Material quality as per hardness: 40-90 Shore. Material quality under external force: NBR, SBR, CR, FKM, EPDM, VMQ, NR, IR. ISO 9001 certified and integrated corporate management system is applied.
